Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you bring home from Givanne.

Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase with a receipt and must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be made in-store at our Chicago location.

Please note that the following items are final sale:

• Food, candy, and other consumable products
• Flowers and plants
• Beauty and personal care products
• Personalized or special-order items
• Sale merchandise
• Gift cards

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at g@givanneshoppe.com so we can make it right.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
